Progressions:

  • lighter springs

  • feet to footbar

  • waive top arm from hip to ear

  • hip dips

  • thread the needle

  • oblique pike

  • star

  • knee tucks

  • weight or ball in top hand to ceiling

Regression:

  • bottom knee rested on carriage

  • top hand supporting
