In this class we focus on educating you on the fundamental movements, whilst staying true to our dynamic full body workout to establish a solid foundation in your pilates practise. We recommend attending a handful of these before levelling up to intermediate.

  • our advanced reformer class is for the experienced enthusiast looking to push their physical and mental limits. this class places a strong focus on strength & cardiovascular fitness as we explore advanced repertoire. prior experience is required, making it unsuitable for beginners, pregnancy or those with injuries.
