• please create an account with us through our website under “book a class”, or download the momence app (free from the app store). the momence app or website will be used for all bookings, cancellations, and purchases.

    attending your first class

    • please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and discuss any injuries or concerns.

    • wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows full range of motion.

    what to bring

    • reformer classes: grip socks are required. nfp grip socks are available for purchase at reception ($20). payment can be made via card or charged to your account.

    • heated mat classes: please bring a sweat towel and a water bottle. we have a filtered tap for refills

  • if you're new to pilates, we recommend starting with our fundamental reformer class. this beginner-level class helps build a strong foundation in your practice.

    you may also enjoy our stretch and flow class, which focuses on improving mobility and body awareness.

    if you’ve practiced pilates elsewhere and are familiar with the method, you may also join:

    • intermediate

    • advanced

    • jump sweat

    • sculpt

    • heated mat

  • we are located above port city cycles. enter the building through the tinted doors to the left.

  • yes, we welcome pregnant clients!

    • up to 16 weeks: you may attend all classes except jump sweat and heated mat.

    • after 16 weeks: only the fundamental reformer class is permitted.

    please contact us before booking and provide a medical clearance from your doctor, ob, or physio stating that you are fit for group pilates. email clearances to: hello@northfremantlepilates.com

  • our instructors are trained to offer modifications for injuries or physical limitations. however, we are not medical professionals. please obtain a medical clearance from your provider before attending. before class, inform your instructor of any injuries or concerns.

  • if a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. if a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added and notified via email.

    • by adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend if added.

    • it is your responsibility to check your status.

    • if you no longer wish to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

    • all classes must be paid in advance via the momence app or website.

    • our intro offer is available to new clients only, can only be purchased once, and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • memberships are on a 28-day auto-pay cycle. a $15 dishonour fee applies to failed payments.

    • class packs activate on the date of your first class.

    • all purchases are final. no refunds will be given for accidental purchases.

    • packs and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

    age limit: our studio is 18+ only, for safety reasons. our equipment and class format are designed for fully developed bodies to safely manage load, coordination, and pace.

  • bring a friend for free
    all rolling members are welcome to bring one guest per payment cycle, free of charge.

    guest bookings
    all guest bookings must be made via our app or website.

    how to book a guest
    when booking yourself into a class, simply add your friend under the “guest pass” option.

    how to cancel a guest booking
    guests can cancel their booking by logging in to our app or website using the email address you provided at the time of booking.
    they’ll need to select “forgot password” to create a password and access their booking.

    if a guest does not cancel their spot and fails to attend, the member will be charged a no-show fee.

    please note: guest attendance is subject to our standard terms and conditions.

  • please cancel your booking via the momence app or website at least 8 hours prior to your class. cancellations by phone, text, email, or social media are not accepted.

    this policy allows other clients to book in and helps maintain a fair and functional schedule for all.

  • if you need to pause your membership:

    • provide 3 days' notice before your suspension start date.

    • suspensions under 7 days will not be considered.

    • only 2 suspensions allowed per calendar year.

    • maximum suspension: 28 days.

    • suspensions beyond 28 days incur a $10/week fee.

    • for medical suspensions longer than 28 days, please provide a dated medical certificate before your suspension begins

    • the studio is a phone-free zone. please silence and store your phone with your belongings.

    • grip socks are required for reformer classes.

    • sweat towels are required for heated mat classes.

    • we ask that you respect that staff members and treat them with kindness.
