payment cycle: all memberships are charged every 28 days. classes must be used within the payment cycle; unused classes will not roll over.
autopay: payments are processed automatically every 28 days and will continue to run as scheduled unless notified via email.
termination: a minimum of 14 days' written notice is required to terminate a membership. scheduled payments during the notice period will still be charged.
minimum commitment: clients must commit to a minimum of 8 weeks (2 months of autopayments).
members extra: additional classes for members are charged at $29 each.
membership suspension: you may pause your membership twice for up to 28 days per calendar year (minimum 7 days per request). requests must be emailed at least 3 days in advance. additional weeks are charged at $10 per week.
student membership: students can purchase 8, 12, or unlimited memberships with a 10% discount. a valid student id must be emailed to hello@northfremantlepilates.com to qualify.
non-refundable: memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
bring a friend: rolling memberships allow each member to bring a friend to a class at NFP for free once per month. all bookings must be made via the app or website. all t&c’s apply to the client brought into the studio.
membership changes: all membership upgrades or downgrades must be made with 7 days' written notice prior to the next payment. please email hello@northfremantlepilates.com.

new client intro pack – 21 days

new client intro offer: new clients may purchase the intro offer once. it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 21 consecutive days once activated from the date of your first class booking. no pausing or extensions are permitted.
casual packs: packs are valid for 30, or 90 days from your first booked class. the pack must be used within the timeframe unless a medical certificate has been provided before the expiry date.
non-refundable: packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
gift cards: gift cards are valid for 6 months from purchase and can be used to purchase via the app or website. they are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

bookings & payments: can only be made through the NFP app or website before attending a class.
waitlist: if a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
if a spot opens up, you’ll be notified via the app or email.
if you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added.
by joining, you commit to attending and the cancellation policy applies.

cancellations: cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class start time to avoid losing your class credit. your class credit will be reissued for use within your current cycle.
late cancellation: cancelling less than 8 hours before the class results in the loss of your class credit.
no-show fee: failure to cancel or attend the class will result in a $15 fee for all members, pack holders, and intro offer clients.
payment authority: NFP reserves the right to process charges to your nominated card provided to Momence.

respectful conduct: we ask all members to follow instructor directions and avoid disruptive behaviour that interferes with the class or the instructor’s duties.
punctuality: please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. for safety and to avoid disruptions, entry may not be permitted if you’re more than 5 minutes late.
socks required: socks are mandatory, preferably with grip. if you don’t bring your own, NFP socks are available for purchase at $20 for hygiene reasons. no socks, no play.
mobile phones: mobile phones are not permitted in the room. we ask that you enjoy your 50 minutes without distraction.
hygiene first: please sanitise your hands before and after class and wipe down any equipment – wipes are provided.
children: as much as we love kids, childcare facilities are not provided, and children are not permitted in our studio.
health and safety: if you have a pre-existing injury or physical limitations, you must advise NFP and provide a medical clearance as indicated in the FAQs.

pregnant clients are able to attend all reformer classes up until 16 weeks.
beyond 16 weeks, we ask that you only attend fundamental classes to ensure the safety of yourself and your baby.
you are unable to attend any heated mat classes.

how do I cancel my online membership.
You are able to cancel your online membership at any time. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your online account settings.
