As a strength-based Reformer studio, our classes are heavier and more challenging than the Pilates you might be used to. We build every class in layers, so take what feels right for you on the day, strength and confidence both come with time.

Reformer
Start with Fundamental. We'll introduce you to the equipment, walk you through our key movements, educate you on load, and help you build confidence in our strength based style. Once you've completed a few classes and feel ready, we'll encourage you to progress to Intermediate.Hot Mat
Start with Form. You'll experience the heat, learn our movement style, and start building strength, endurance and control. Once you've completed a few classes and feel confident, you'll be ready to progress to Built. You're also welcome to join Stretch & Flow, our heated recovery class, at any stage.
Already practiced Pilates elsewhere?
We still recommend starting in Fundamental or Form. Our classes are strength-based, so even experienced practitioners often find our style feels different.Once you've trialled a beginner class and feel ready, you can also join:
Intermediate
Sculpt / Advanced
Built (heated mat)
Stretch & Flow (heated mat)

running late? we're sorry, but we can't let you in.
it's all about safety first, and keeping the class distraction-free for everyone else. -
we recommend 2-3 classes to start. our classes are strength-based and progressively loaded, so your body needs a little recovery between sessions, and this mix can include both strength classes and recovery-focused formats like stretch.
if you want to come more often, that's great too. just make sure you're balancing intensity with recovery so you can keep showing up strong.
