Tendon Stretch

Movement:

Shoulder , Hip , Lumbar Flexion.

Benefits of this movement:

Strengthen Abdominals & Stabilisers Shoulders, Stretches the achilles tendon.

Progressions:

  • Lighter Load

  • Single Leg Tendon Stretch

  • Tricep Dip

Regression:

  • Heavier Load more support

  • Tricep Dips with Long Legs or Bent Legs / Build up to TS.

Muscle Groups:

Abdominals, Triceps, Anterior Deltoid.

Spring Tensions:

Intermediate/ Sculpt: 1R, 1RY, 1RB
