Prone - Arms Pulling Straps

Movement:

Thoracic & Lumbar Extension.

Benefits of this movement:

Strengthen Back Extensors, Improve Posture & strengthens neck flexors.

Progressions:

  • Heavier Load

  • Larger ROM

  • T Arms / Tricep Extensions / Circles

  • Swimming Legs

Regression:

  • Lighter Load

  • Smaller ROM

  • Bent Knees / Cross Legs

Muscle Groups:

Neck Flexors, Rotator Cuffs, Lats, Biceps, Deltoids, Entire Posterior Chain.

Spring Tensions:

Fundamental: 1B, 1B+, 1BY

Intermediate / Sculpt: 1BY, 1R, 1RY
