Progressions:

  • Scissor Legs

  • Arm Movements ( Offering / Fly / Circles etc)

  • Leg Lower Lift

  • Ball Between Ankles

Regression:

  • Boat Pose

  • Stronger Springs to assist with Lift.

  • Perform Teaser without Straps.
