Hip & Knee Flexion / Extension, Shoulder & Trunk Stabilisation.

Progressions:

  • Heavier Load - Increased Cardio & Leg Focus.

  • Lighter Load - Core Focus (knee tucks)

  • Single Leg

  • Knees Down
