  • is specialised for the Pilates Pro that want's to level up. This class will, tone, sculpt & challenge your strength & endurance. This class type requires experience, and is not meant for beginners or those with injuries.

  • looking for that extra burn? Jump sweat is an athletic workout, which explores a full body exercise whilst using the jump board in many different ways. Combining strength, and flexibility, whilst maintaining a cardio component. This layered workout will cater to an intermediate / advanced level.

  • A smooth flowing, gentle movement class suitable for all levels that focusses on mobility, stretch and release. This class will re-ground you and lengthen your body, while your calmly guided through mindful movement based on the principles of Pilates. Our aim is for you to leave feeling invigorated by your movement, confident in your posture, and relieved of tension.
